Kelly Kowalchuk

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Foresight. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Aging from the University of Pennsylvania. I have experience working in hospice and private practice, and I am passionate about helping adults of all ages through all stages of life. My specialty areas include grief and loss, illness, and caregiver stress, as well as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I offer an integrative, holistic and strengths-based approach to therapy, and we will collaborate to ensure your therapy is customized to you. Narrative therapy, CBT, and mindfulness-based stress reduction are some of the tools I use to help clients achieve their goals. Clients often describe me as an “old soul,” which helps them feel comfortable with me. After working together, clients report an overall sense of peace, a renewed resilience against life’s challenges, and the ability to again find joy in life.
