Christina Harmon

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Foresight. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Aurora University. I have experience working in Community Mental Health, Private Practice and Hospital Settings. I am a holistic, culturally sensitive and Trauma-Informed therapist. I have a passion for working with adults. My goal is to help support my clients with healing, finding balance and reclaiming the joy in life. My specialty areas include women’s issues, domestic violence and sexual assault, depression, anxiety, coping skills, anger and stress management. In therapy sessions, I believe in using whatever works best for my clients. I utilize a variety of treatment methods including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) ,Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) & other Psychosocial Models; focusing on genuineness, empathy, and helping clients connect their thoughts, feelings, and actions.
