Susan Jennaway joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in July 2001, following a 22-year career in the United States Air Force. There, she served as a space systems engineering and operations officer, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

A graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and the University of Southern California with a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering Management, Susan holds Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses, plus state life and health insurance licenses in multiple states.

As a First Command Financial Advisor, Susan is committed to helping her clients pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family she serves. Susan embraces holistic financial planning and is keenly aware of the importance of her role as a financial coach and friend. Standing steadfastly by her clients in times of need and celebration, she strives to inspire productive financial behaviors to help them on their financial journey.

A lifetime member of the Military Officers Association of America and a volunteer for the Leavenworth Historic Society, Susan enjoys restoring historic homes, entertaining, gardening, reading, and spending time with her friendly cats.
