As one of the founding partners of Bluegrass Orthopaedics, Dr. Lockstadt is one of the premier spine physicians in Lexington and eastern Kentucky and maintains a patient base that encompasses the entire state of Kentucky as well as surrounding states. With extensive training in general orthopaedics, Dr. Lockstadt has specialized training in the areas of hand surgery, sports medicine, joint replacement and spine surgery. With specialized expertise in surgical and non-surgical orthopaedic treatment of spine injuries and disorders, minimally invasive spine surgery, disc replacement and revision of prior spine surgery, Dr. Lockstadt has limited his practice to spine care and the diagnosis and treatment of back pain.

Dr. Lockstadt is Board Certified by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, the Medical Council in Canada, and by the Canadian Orthopaedic Board.
