We are extremely excited to welcome Dr. Vijayalakshmi Vaddireddy to our practice as our in-office physician! Dr. Vaddireddy, also known as "Dr. V", is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician and has over 20 years of experience in Family Medicine. Dr. Shyla Reddy has transitioned to only seeing nursing home patients and will not be consistently seeing in-office patients. Additionally, our Nurse Practitioner, Kim Eubanks, FNP-BC, has transitioned to only seeing patients at select assisted living communities. Please call our clinic for more information in regards to these transitions.

As of January 2023, we are requiring that all patients who are prescribed controlled substances be seen either through tele-med or in-office visits every month.
