Leslie Ware, PA-C, MEd, is a Physician Assistant with nearly 20 years of experience and is the health care provider at Alpha Health & Wellness, DPC, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ms. Ware takes a holistic approach, providing her patients with personalized care that emphasizes therapeutic lifestyle change as the best prescription for health.
Ms. Ware received her Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She remained at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to complete her Master’s in  Health Education and shortly after, attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center to pursue a Master of Physician Assistant studies.
Ms. Ware has received many honors for her work in health care and as a Physician Assistant, including honorable mention from the Point of Care Network Top PA Award for 2018. That year, she was also recognized for her ability to commandeer change in her patients and was an honoree for The Salute Her Champion for Change Award.
Patients can expect compassionate, comprehensive care from Ms. Ware. She considers herself an advocate for helping people navigate the health care system in the best interest of their own health.
