Cathy Hennies, M.D.

Dr. Hennies grew up in Highmore, SD, and spent 19 years practicing family medicine in Canton, SD after her education. She chose family medicine because it allows her to provide primary care for the entire family, including infants, children, teens, adults and seniors, and it is highly rewarding to care for multiple generations. Dr. Hennies uses evidence-based medicine to provide personalized care, partnering with her patients to help them make decisions regarding their health. She also strives to incorporate preventative services during her patient encounters in order to keep her patients in the best health possible. She moved to Rapid City to be closer to family. In her spare time you can find Dr. Hennies hiking, kayaking, biking and skiing with her husband and son.
