Monaleze Saini, M.D.

Monaleze Saini, M.D. is a Family Medicine Physician at Monument Health Custer Clinic. She received her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine Residency at the Monument Health Rapid City Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program.

Dr. Saini’s philosophy in medicine is to take excellent care of patients and be their advocate through vulnerable times in their lives. She finds pride in her ability to take care of families, from kids to grandparents, and takes a holistic approach to treating the body has a whole. She enjoys getting to know her patients outside of their interactions in the clinic. Dr. Saini’s favorite part of living in the Black Hills is the sense of peace and quiet she feels being outdoors.
