Wesley Badger, M.D.

Dr. Wesley Badger grew up in a small town in southern Indiana close to Louisville, KY. He completed his undergraduate degree and medical school at the University of Louisville before moving to Wisconsin to complete his surgery residency at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, WI.

He enjoys practicing a broad range of general surgery, but he has a particular interest in the surgical management of endocrine diseases including thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal and pancreatic surgery. He also focuses on the management of common bile duct stones through endoscopic and surgical therapy. In his free time, Dr. Badger enjoys all of the outdoor activities Spearfish has to offer, including hiking, hunting and biking.
