Batra Devender MD

Devender Batra, M.D., a cardiologist, is on the staff at Wheeling Hospital and also sees inpatients at its affiliate, Harrison Community Hospital. Dr. Batra has a master’s degree in orthopedics from the S.P. Medical College of the University of Rajasthan in India. He served an internship at Frank Ford Hospital in Philadelphia and his residency in internal medicine at the Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine, where he was chief resident. Dr. Batra also was a cardiology fellow at the University of California-San Francisco Program at the VA/VMC Hospital. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is board certified in nuclear cardiology. Dr. Batra has had a cardiology practice for more than 20 years. His office is located in St. Clairsville.
