Buyer Beware!
I bought several things here, including a pair of under-the-belly pants. When I asked the salesperson if women had problems with these pants falling down, she said, "Everyone's different." They seemed fine in the store, so I bought them. Then I wore them to work, and they kept falling down! I brought them back 6 days later, knowing, based on their return policy that?s printed in a frame at the register and on the receipt, that it would be a store credit. When I tried to return the pants, however, the salespeople said their policy was not to accept worn items. Their responses ranged from snotty ("Have you ever shopped at a boutique before?") to accusatory ("I told you not to buy those pants"--obviously not true). I pointed out that, a) if that was their policy it should be printed with the rest of their rules, and b) since they know some women have problems with these pants they should have encouraged me to walk around in them before buying.
