Authentic, World Class Italian Food!
The Venezia Restaurant is a local favorite. This location has been open for years and the quality of the food has never changed. It's authentic, classic Italian favorites served in large portions. Being right off of Canal, it's a perfect place to eat an early meal and then step out right on to the Mardi Gras parade route.

I cannot go to Venezia's and leave at the same weight I entered with. The trout Cynthia is as good as their is. The rest of the menu is out of this world.

Venezia has reopened!
Good news! Venezia has reopened for lunch and dinner! The restaurant has been renovated, but has retained its neighborhood atmosphere and charm. The food is as good as always and the service is just as friendly as before Katrina. I have been three times since they reopened and plan to have lunch there today!

THE SERVICE WAS THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD. WE WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 5 STARS. THEY ALSO HAVE HOT BREADS SUCH AS GARLIC BREAD CHEESE BREAD, SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE BREAD MAN ON MAN CAN GAIN SOME WEIGHT HERE.
