Twice Told Tales
Twice Told Tales is a lovely little book shop located on the west side of Houston. It has a very comfortable atmosphere and TONS of great books. Plan to spend a morning or afternoon looking through everything that's available. Browse selections in every category. The art section or sci-fi section are a must visit if this is your favorite genre. Collectors can find a many historical and out of print books. Staff is very willing to help you locate what you want and checking out is a breeze. Plenty of parking and just across the street from a local coffee shop.

Used books
This is the best store in the northwest to get used book. They sell 50% off the regular price of the book and you can hold your book so that no one can buy it before you. The service and fast and friendly and you will always walk out happy.

Twice Told Tales
In my opinion, this is the best used book store in the area. Great selection and variety, excellent and friendly service, as well as cheap prices. Some books are very very old (like from the 20s and are antiques) while others are recent and popular books. You will definately leave here with a great deal of books.

I really like this place, because the workers are always nice and friendly, and they help you find what you need. The books are in fair conditions, and you dont have to pay that much for them. I found some of my favorite copies here, and I bet I could find even more next time I go.

Good trade in spot
Convenient location, helpful employees. Way better than any national chain resale bookstore! The people there genuinely want to help you and care about you! They have good prices on all their books and offer generous money for trade ins! They organize their books much better than any other spot I've seen. I wanted a really hard to find book and they had no trouble finding it! Good parking & in a busy complex so plenty of business. Definitely coming back! Recommended for anyone who wants a hard to find book

Twice Told Tales Bookstore
I drive from Galveston to visit this wonderful bookstore. The ladies are so helpful and have gotten me special books for my collection and held them until I could make a trip up to get them. They have all my favorite authors and a wonderful variety of books for children also. Remember they are closed on Mondays, but are open Tues thru Sun.Worldwide > United States > Houston, TX > Book Stores
