Office is too hectic and busy. Patients are overbook. Dr's spend very little time with patients and seem to run in and out of the room in about five minutes. I would NEVER return to this office. Dr. Hess seems concerned but does not take the time to figure out what is wrong and explain it to the patient fully. Dr. Hess has lost sight of patient care and is just out to make a lot of money. There are far better offices and podiatrists in town.
