This is a horrible company to work for! they offer no benefits at all. If you call in sick they penalize you monetarily and by cutting your hours. supervisor has favorites ie her brother and her live in lesbian lovers (who works for sapphire too from home) sister. they fire people, their top performers and reservationists, on a whim. if you cross management they will make up stuff to fire you but let her favorites do whatever they please including doing blatantly what someone was just fired for!! you are payed minimum wage with a promise of big bonuses soon......this is a big fat lie!!! they have lost alot of hotels and the call volume has dropped in half of a year ago. I have seen girls work there for close to a year and still not make bonus the manager is retarded and cannot make good schedules and keeps hiring people even though there are girls who sit their whole shift and their phone doesnt even ring. please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place......better yet refer your enemies!!
