We used to get Santo's Crab Rolls at Sweet Bay but before it was acquired by Winn-Dixie they quit selling them. I now go to the factory on Main street and buy them frozen by the dozen. Wrap them individually in Saran and put them in our freezer. To use, preheat the oven to 375 degrees and place them on a tray and bake about 30 minutes. Douse them with Crystal Hot Sauce and enjoy the best deviled crabs since they were sold from peddled carts in Ybor City in the early 1900s. Full of crab and chopped onions then rolled in Cuban breadcrumbs....good eatin'!.
