Just was released from facility after a fourteen day stay from hell. From day one from being picked up by their "wheel chair van" of which it was not to the last day I experienced employees total incompentent inconsistant treatment mainly CNA's to the top,the Executive Director Steve Hunter. I felt unsafe in their care. Fortunently my wife and myself kept aware of what was happening with my care. There are a few shinning lights that work hard to do their jobs in spite of the poorly run facility. The physical therapy dept.is awsome and seems not be influenced by the rest of the facility management.

STAY AWAY
The people here are unprofessional. They are more involved in their own personal drama than the care of anyone here. They have no problem hiring the emotionally disturbed which is not what I want for anyone I care about....Worldwide > United States > Greenwood, IN > Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
