Horrible experiance - DO NOT GO
I was at the Shelby shop yesterday. Hostess said we had to sit next the to Bar ( I had a 10 year old kid, who does not like to sit near the bar) I informed her, she said that's all they can do.

After reading all these reviews and having an awful experience as well, it sounds like the Selby location needs a serious change in management.

I've returned to this place because of its reputation, but 3/4 times the service has been bad - slow and disinterested, and the food is inconsistent. Don't bother with the appetizer sampler - only the artichoke dip is good. It's popular...
