Private Room Upstairs - Great intimate Space!
I have entertained business dinners at Park Cities Prime on 5 occassions - both for dinner and lunch. All meals were delicious! There is a nice wine cellar room upstairs that seats 8 - 12 at a Board Room table - complete w/ flat screen TV monitor for laptop hookup. Great for corporate / educational dinners!delicious!
I am a lover of steaks, and have been to many steakhouses throughout Texas. I would have to say that Park City Prime provided me with the best steak I have EVER had. I ordered the filet. It melts in your mouth... perfectly cooked, with delicious sides. The establishment is very classy, yet quiet, (with an amazing piano player to "set the mood") perfect for a romantic dinner or night out with some friends. Also an unbelieveable wine list! I highly reccomend Park Cities Prime to anybody interested in an unforgettable night out complete with great service and the best tasting steak you've ever had.Reserve a table now!!!
My wife is a Texan, born and raised. She claims to have the monopoly on good taste in all things Texan, including steakhouses. This is why, a couple Friday evenings ago, she raised a suspecting eyebrow when I suggested we go to Park Cities Prime as opposed Bob's Steak & Chop. After some heated domestic wrangling which included name-calling and bribery, we were on our way to Park Cities Prime for a Friday Dinner; we could not have been more Impressed!High prices and arrogant servers.
This is the most over priced restaurant in Dallas. The wait staff is terrible. They only want to sell you their most expensive wines. Would never go here again.Poor Service
Service was very poor. Wine is overpriced. Food was good but the lack of service ruined the night. We ordered a bottleof Wine and never saw the server for over 20 minutes. No reason to go back. Not for everyone. This place is Lovely!
I must say we had the BEST service, prime rib dinner and wine that my husband and I have had in quite some time. We usually go to Houstons because we live in the neighborhood and thought we would give Park Cities Prime Steakhouse in Highland park a try. This is our new 5 star steak house. What a romantic location too! I am putting this on my list for Valentines day in Highland park. Just a warning tho, make a reservation and be prepared for a little higher ticket. It is not a cheap night out, so it may not be for everyone and if you do not have a reservation , you may not get in. I put this on my date night, business lunch and special occasion list. If you are use to steakhouses like Chamberlains and Del Fresco, it's on the mark. I give it a 5 star ratingTHE Finest Fine Steak house in Dallas!
I had dinner here Wednesday night with My godmother and a friend. This is THE BEST steakhouse I have been to in Texas. The place is just beautiful too. We were seated near the piano and the artist Adrian King played. When I requested to purchase a CD of his compilations, he came over to the table and signed it for my Godmother and was very gracious. On the service side, the waiter could not have been more attentive. He was very efficient, always near by and gave us some recommendations on some cuts that were off the menu as well. I had the smallest filet and it was perfectly cooked and a plentiful portion for my appetite. Mt Friend had a cut of meat that was off the menu ( a filet with Bone in) and then he had them add one of their special sauces and I have never tasted a dish quite so wonderful. My Godmother had the prime rib bone in and it too was an amazing cut of meat and cooked to perfection. This is a fantastic steakhouse and fine dining establishment and will recommend it to all of my friends that are looking for a true fine dining steak house experience right here in Highland Park / Dallas. By far the BEST fine steakhouse I have been to in Texas!Overpriced Cafeteria
This is the WORST restaurant I have ever been to! Everything, from the service to the food quality, was abysmal. I came to Park Cities Prime with my boyfriend on Valentine's Day and we arrived promptly for our reservation. When we arrived, the host (who was also the manager) couldn't find our reservation and told us to wait 20 minutes. We ended up waiting 1 1/2 hours! When we finally sat down, we ordered a shrimp cocktail. This was the skimpiest shrimp cocktail I've ever eaten as it only consisted of 2 prawns and some wilted lettuce (a horrible presentation!). Our next course consisted of a Lobster Bisque and a Cesar salad both of which tasted like little more than water! For our entrees, I had the sea bass which lacked texture and flavor - it was so bad that I had to send it back. I then ordered a fillet and it lacked seasoning, my sides were cold and I ate two bites. The dessert was the most disappointing course as I had the death by chocolate cake. It was four inches tall, dry as can be and the dusted cocoa tasted worse than Nestle's. My boyfriend got a white chocolate mousse and it was so sweet I could only eat one bite (and I love sweets!). Overall, the food was extremely uninspired and bland, the manager was rude and the staff was clearly overwhelmed with the number of patrons. It was definitely not worth the $150!Terrible experience
I am quite upset about my experience tonight. I will start with a compliment. The food tasted great and was very well prepared. The problem was completely unbelievable! After mediocre at best service, someone asked very rudely for us to leave and that they needed the table. He was inches from my face and would not move away. Which was odd considering we had just received the check. So, after a completely uncalled for way of ending a nice meal, my date and I reviewed the entire experience. The service was slow, granted it was quite a day, but we paid $250 for service, which we could have received better at Outback steakhouse for less than $100. To add insult, we never were even offered out champagne toast or any alternative. We were certainly not difficult diners. We arrived early for our reservation, was promptly seated and 30 minutes later we had just ordered. We had breaks of 15-10 minutes between courses. After our main course, we were quite worn out with the whole process and did not even have time to enjoy the dessert. And then to have a very rude person, say he needed the table only seconds after receiving a bill for a meal that was not complete, no champagne, no coffee offered with dessert. The entire meal was 2 hours in length and was VERY disappointing.Worldwide > United States > Dallas, TX > Real Estate Agencies
