I highly recommend NOT using this place. I boarded my dog for the night last night and was told they would be open till 5:00pm. I came to pick my dog up around 1:30 and no one was there. The doors were locked and the lights were off. I stayed till about 2:15 and still nobody. I went to have lunch and came back and now have been sitting out front for 2 hours and still nothing. I have called multiple times and left multiple voicemails and nothing. This is animal cruelty to leave the animals in the dark and not to let them out to go to the bathroom.
