Nashville Just-Do Martial Arts

Our dojo is dedicated to family, education and good citizenship, first and foremost.

We strive to promote the true sport and philosophy of karate as a non aggressive, martial art form that emphasizes good sportsmanship, personal humility and respect for others. Our program assists children and adults with social skills, as well as the development and application of athletic and defensive skills.

In addition to the physical training aspects of his program, our dojo stresses self-discipline, awareness and respect for self and others as ways to develop the self-esteem of ours many students.

We believe that the mental, emotional, and physical growth through the development of personal discipline through martial arts training enhances personal achievement resulting in a developed and positive individual.
