This is a SCAM!!!
Mel Dishowitz is representing properties of JRC management. He scams tenants by saying you have to pay 1st and last months rent (ie. security deposit) up front (+ his commision!) and then does not pass the money to the property...Worldwide > United States > New York, NY > Real Estate
