The office staff was friendly. Asked me the appropriate questions to determine my exact needs. They sent a technician over the next day. He was not only on time(a rare thing), but called to say he was on his way, came prepared, friendly but professional at all time, explained what he was going to do, it's cost and demonstrated product use after it's installation. It all went so smoothly. Definitely came across as a dependable/reliable company. Ask for Nicole, She represented the company well.

Man Socom 4 ended up being VERY expensive!
locked out at midnight because my son wants a game from gamestop the second it comes out! Luckily these guys didn't keep me waiting too long. I just hate the idea that a 60 dollar game ends up costing me almost 120 bucks more than it should! But these guys came out and were as pleasant as they could be about the situation.
