repair failed, promised a refund, which has been "in the mail" for over 120 days and can't be picked up.
Had an A/C work done, billed about 500 dollars. 40 days later had the same problems and had a another company come out. They couldn't believe work had already been done and were willing to explain that to kool energy who choose not to speak with them. Paid 2nd company and Kool Energy promised partial refund. I'm continually told to wait longer to receive the refund but going on nearly 6 months.

Above review is inaccurate!
This is NOT true! We repaired his unit. We sent a supervisor to physically show him the parts we replaced (they were clearly new). We offered a partial refund anyway just to make him happy. We've left many voicemails asking him to call us to work this out and he has not returned our calls. We have been around for 30 years because we ARE AN HONEST COMPANY! We are not in the business of ripping of our customers; it is unfortunate this person feels the need to leave distorted reviews.

Great Service!
My wife and I purchased a house and the AC failed to meet our expectations and was not cooling right. We called a "so-called" reputable company to look at our AC and give us a quote for repairs. The guy told us that we needed a compressor for over $2500. Wow!. We decided we needed a second opinion. The following Saturday we saw Kool Energy on the internet and knew it would be hard to get a service tech to our house on a Saturday but Mark was here within two hours. He determined the problem was with an electrical component and had it repaired quickly for a couple hundred dollars. That saved us big time!
