Dreadful Advisor
This woman is absolutely awful. I show up very distraught as I'd been dealing with a severe crisis. She showed no compassion and never so much as offered me a tissue as I was bawling my eyes out, she kept telling me in a rather stern tone to stop crying and calm down. So later she goes to schedule me for the following Wednesday. The next day she calls and says she had someone already booked for that time and we agree to the Wednesday after. On the next Tuesday she calls me at 10 pm and says she was wrong please be there the next day. I was unable to make the appointment on such short notice and received a call from her Wednesday afternoon berating me for not giving 24 hours notice before canceling the appointment.
