Top notch endocrinologist
I've had low thyroid for 15 years or so. Dr Koch was the first one to test all the different factors and make multiple adjustments, and pays a lot of attention to how you feel, not just what the numbers say. She also watched me more carefully during pregnancy. I went to her during pregnancy b/c my first OB thought my levels were fine when I was finding different info on the internet.
