NOT HAPPY AT ALL

I have been taking my son to Dr. Ginsburg since he was a day old... he is now 6 months.

Was kind of happy with then at first but Dr Ginsburg does not have any bed side maners, we are first time parents and when we have questions or concerns I want the doctor to listen, he always cuts us short. This week I also called asking a question about formula and after 2 hours called back and was told that the doctor has left for the day and I would have to wait till Wednesday... was also told that there are many sick kids there and this is not an emergency. If its about my son it is an emergency to me and I will not accept waiting 2 days to get an answer... there are 5 other doctors there but clearly no one cares enouth to talk to a parent unless the kid is about to die???

Girl on the phone was super rude!!!

If you are looking for a good doctor, good practice and a place that will take care of your child and your questions and needs... this is NOT the place for you.

Place is also not well decorated.

My son got really sick both times he got vacinated and was told that it was normal every time I called... Took the baby to the hospital with a high fever and was told there that he was like that because of the way the vacines were done...

Looking for a good doctor now.

Worst Office staff ever,

Do not use this Doctor if you would like to be treated as a intelligent person, the office is staffed by a totally unprofessonal bunch. They do not care about anyone else its as if you are a complete nuisence and an inconvienance!
The Doctors are way over booked and you can waste hours waiting in a room between doctor visits, they will leave you a good 30 minutes, then the doctor will come in for a two minute exam and then you will wait another 30minutes at leastbefore they come back to update you, then dissappear again while they see other patients.
