Developmental Specialty Clinic
I have been bringing my son with autism to the Developmental Specialty Clinic at Children's for several years. They always listen to me and are very patient with him. They are open to alternative medicines and therapies. I have been very happy with the service and the amount of time the dr. spends with me and my son at each visit. They follow his medications carefully and have worked closely with me to improve his behaviors at school and home. They can be difficult to contact on short notice, but have been extremely good at getting back to me about questions I have.

Very Happy
We had to bring our son her this last winter when he was 3 months old for Croup. Any parent can tell you what a middle of the night trip to the ER will do to you- break down! The nurses were wonderful at helping us take care of him while we waited for a very sweet doctor to come and look him over. It was not crowded at all and we were treated very well. They gave him treatment, encouraged us and sent us home. They didn't make us feel stupid for worrying but helped rest assured that he would be okay-lol. Thier bedside manor eased a scary situation and knowledgable treatment helped him mend quickly.

Wouldn't Take Them Anywhere Else!
This is the greatest hospital for kids in the state of Minnesota!The nurses~doctors~therpaists and techs are just great! They take the time to listen to your problems and tale extra special care of your children! This is the only place that I have ever taken my children! The doctors are so friendly and out going~sometimes it is a longer wait at the clinic but I feel it is worth it!Worldwide > United States > Minneapolis, MN > Doctors
