the quickies workout was great
I used the J+K Fitness Studio for about a month to get a sense of their 'quickies' workout, which is a 30 minute blaster of an exercise program. I don't have a lot of time, but I wanted to at least do some spurts here and there. I thought it was great! They worked my butt off and allowed me to get ideas to show and share with my husband. We've both got to get serious about our fitness and health for both of our sakes and our kids.
