Howard Properties
Howard Properties is one of the best landlords to have in Athens. This is my second year renting from them, and I have been very happy. While other landlords in Athens like to take advantage of their tenants, Howard Properties is always very understanding if you turn in your rent a few days late. They have generally been fairly quick about sending someone out to my house to fix things, though at times we have had to wait for longer than needed. The prices are reasonable, and they don't bump up the price of rent every year like other property owners do.
