Our family has been getting our glasses and contacts at Irwin Eye Care for a long time. The doctors are friendly and the staff is very helpful in picking out the latest styles.

Irwin Eye Care has horrible customer service
I am very unhappy with their customer service policies. If you have a problem with your contacts they want you to contact the manufacture!!! That is not right. If you paid Irwin Eye Care for the contacts then Irwin eyecare should fix the problem.

Staff is very helpful
The doctors are friendly and the staff is very helpful in picking out the latest styles. They carry all types of stock and designer frames as well as contacts. When my daughter was having trouble with her prescription, they gave her a few different samples of contacts to tryout until she found one she liked.
