Very Nice
I have a nail salon, I had HomeWatch put in my camera system. Erik designed the system to fit my needs. It makes me feel comfortable to know that my salon is fully secured. I can see any theft, any wrong doings, everything going on while I'm there and when I'm not. Thank you HomeWatch for the professional installation and great job you did for me and my salon.

Prevent Crime

Thanks to the clarity and full coverage provided by your installation of my security system, we were able to provide the Montgomery County Sheriff's officials, and my employees a detailed picture and actions of a shoplifter and his accomplice. Hopefully with this film they will be ably to apprehend and prosecute!!

Best Customer Service Very Excellent Company
My wife and I had been doing some extensive research on security cameras for about a month now to protect our business from another break-in. When we contacted Homewatch they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the products, they were able to answer every question or concern that I may have had. After speaking with one of the Homewatch sales representatives, my wife and I made our decision very quickly. The day of install went great the guys that were installing our security camera system were so helpful and polite by the end of the day our cameras were up and running GREAT . When they were done with walking me through the system I knew everything I needed to know on how to operate my system properly and view my cameras on my iphone and my wife's ipad. I am extremely pleased with my service from Homewatch. I will be giving my recommendation to any one I may know that needs the same protection I was looking for! Outdated software and poor followup support
Two cameras not working as advertised despite frequent contacts with the company. BEWARE: IF you're not using Windows XP (Who is, anymore) then the Web-Based Software does not work unless you disable some of the security features in Windows Vista/7. And who would want to do that?

RIP OFF
Biggest RIP OFF. The guy comes out, gives bid, collects, promises the world, didn't follow thru on any of it. Problems after problems. Every time you call, he tells you " Ya we will get righ on that" makes promises to show and does not. Then the software is no where near as user friendly as he says. Still have tons of problems, he still won't fix, and I have to post this hoping you don't get burned like I did. RIP OFF

What an awesome company!!!!
Due to the fact that there were two businesses on our block broken into in the last month, we wanted added protection at our restaurant located off of 290 and dry cleaners close to the Heights. We called three different security companies of some type of protection system. Homewatch was the only company that took care of us immediately, provided a good concept, design, and price that would fit my budget. They were very professional and they walked us through the camera system controls. They went above and beyond to set up the software on all of our computers at no extra cost. They are installing a systemin my house next week.

Homewatch
It started off with this company hounding me every single day about getting security cameras installed.They stated that they use the best equipment and that there installers are extremely professional and the best there is.Finally when I decided to get the cameras installed they set up a day for installation.The day of installation I went and answered the door to their knocks. When I opened the door I was shocked!!The two installers looked like they were just released from prison.I would NEVER let people like that in my home, around my family.With much hesitation I let them come in to do there job.At the completion of their work I walked around the house.Out of 6 cameras installed only 1 was placed in the correct place.Were the interior camera was installed, my white walls (which were recently painted) have black hand prints all around the camera from the installers.Shortly after the work was done I spoke with a representative about the complaints we had.He came and saw that majority of the cameras were not in the correct place and stated that sometimes it's hard to get a "drop" in certain areas (whatever that means?).He saw the hand prints that were done in the areas that the installers worked and apologized but never asked to help fix the issue.After about having the cameras a week they stopped working!After about a week of back and forth and me having to place their last payment check on hold they finally showed up to make the repairs.Which brings me to today.I have had these cameras for about 3 months now and for the past 3 weeks the cameras are not working again and there are exposed wires where a plate that they installed has come loose in my kids gameroom.I have contacted the company owner who has for the past 3 weeks made 3 different appts with me that he has "no showed" to.Each appt I have had to take off of work.And just as a side note, in our contract it states that I have a 12 month warranty.I am filing a civil suit against this company.This company is a joke. Do not be fooled by them.

Home Watch Surveillance Cameras installed a system in my home last May. We were so pleased with the cameras and the installers that worked with my wife and I on the internet side, to view my home from work.(a big plus)

HomeWatch Keep their Promise
My husband and I have a business on the north side of Houston, we have been wanting more security/control over the activites on our property for both during and after hours for a while. Heard about cameras at a luncheon. Called the big security companies we see on TV first to have a rep come out. The first rep didn't know anything about cameras and the second rep didn't show up! Homewatch's sales rep showed up on time and was well dressed. Slacks and a tie! He knew what he was talking about when it came to the camera positions and he told me what the cameras can do and more important what they can't do. We felt he was honest and didn't try to oversale.

Excellent Security and Service!!
Reed and his team at Homewatch made this a great experience and investment! Everything from the consultation to the install to the follow-up was handled professionally. During the consultation our concerns and wishes were listened to carefully and a solution was presented that met our needs and exceeded our expecations. Install crews worked hard, were courteous, neat and quick. IT help was thorough and things were explained until we completely understood. Everything they said they would do, was done! hard to find these days! Thank you so much for our peace of mind. Surprisingly, 2 days after install, there was a minor incident that we were able to review with the camera system.
