Don't waste your time with this guy. He subcontracts your request to people who can't do the repair. Called to get a refrigerator repair. Told them it was NOT cooling. Guy named Joe shows up, puts in a new relay switch, says that will be $225 dollars. For what? Didn't fix the problem, AND he knew it wouldn't. I even asked him about freon/refrigerant. He ignored me. Obviously he wasn't licensed or certified to put it in. Disgusted with dishonest people. Should have told me up front they couldn't do the job!!!! Now they wan't $68 just for showing up and being incompetent when they told me on the phone it was a $55 trip charge and they KNEW they couldn't fix it at the time. REALLY!!!!!..Incredibly dishonest.
