I have been all over the area in every H-D shop and these guys are the best in town. Just down the street is another "Harley " shop called Tennessee Custom Motorsports and they are complete idiots. Cooll springs is the best shop around.

My wife was looking for a used Harley to start riding again after 20 years. I found a Dyna WG on E-Bay and CoolSprings HD website and emailed them with an offer. Got a call from Marscha who was very helpful, knowlegable and made a deal. Drove from Illinois to pick up the bike and Marscha and the entire staff were very friendly even helped with our hotel accomodations. I would definately recommend this dealership.
