Simply kick ass, nu doubt about it.
This place simply rocks. Last of dying breed of butcher shop. The stuffed pork chops, the spiral cut ham and the jerky are particularly good. But the steaks are awesome as well. You CANNOT go wrong.

I will never, ever get ribs any where else other than at Hacks. Then there is their Prime Rib roast. Marinated chicken breasts. I don't have a lot of money to spend. But how expensive is it to through meat away because it's to tough to...Worldwide > United States > Minneapolis, MN > Meat Stores
