Friendly & patient staff
I stopped into Groomingdales on a whim after visiting the Collegeville Farmers Market, and I'm so glad I did. I have two chihuahuas who both hate having their nails trimmed. I used to try to wait as long as possible (maybe a little too long) between trims because it was so traumatic for them; one usually has to be muzzled because he reacts so badly, but not at Groomingdales! The staff was friendly and patient; they had no problem handling my pups. I was amazed at how 1 tech in particular was even able to calm my most anxious dog (I wish had gotten her name).
