I moved into this community Nov/2012 and it was definitely not an experience I'd like to duplicate. The garage was filthy with all kinds of huge bugs and trash inside which I had to clean out myself, but you'd think they'd clean it out considering when you move out it's required that you clean it or they'll charge you for it. My kitchen had a huge bug nest on the side of it, the kitchen floors were super nasty with food particles on it as well as in the cabinets which these where dirty with stains on them along with the walls, and parking is a nightmare unless you pay for a detached garage that will more than likely not be close to your actual unit or pay for a carport. You have to follow up on maintenance requests because sometimes they aren't put in as requested, but the maintenance people are actually nice. The manager for the site never returns calls within a timely manner I'm still waiting on a call back from 3 weeks ago about an error made on my lease. The appliances aren't updated nor was the thermostat that was barely working when I moved in, but I requested that be updated and they did. Please don't make the security gate your reason for possibly considering living here because it has NEVER worked 3 weeks straight so just keep your doors locked and such. I've never had any break in even though one of the tenants was either trying to creep me our just warn me about the multiple break ins on the garages due to the poorly secured locks on them. I only had my garage a couple months for storage and I didn't have an issue, but the locks are poor and old definitely needs an update. And lastly, make sure if you are sent via an apartment locator you stay on top of them it took me about 3 months to get them to process the information being that they're responsible for paying the locator and they were trying to get around paying her. To me that was extremely shady, but we got it resolved after I escalated.
