Friendly Place!

I didn't purchase anything from this store, although their selection is wonderful. I came in with a question and was very unsuccessful at other places, but this place gave me the answers I needed and provided the best customer service and the staff was very friendly and assisted me with everything I was looking for. They have solitaire diamonds as well as fine jewelry. Very nice place!

Disappointed long time (now FORMER) customer

We have done business with Greene's for over ten years, sent multiple customers their way, only to have Bobby Greene refuse to honor his comittment to us in the end. One of his selling points is that any piece of jewelry you purchase can be traded back in for what you paid for it, no questions asked.

Well, we tried to do just that with a Marquis diamond ring we purchased from him two years ago, and he refused to honor his word and take the ring in trade. I phoned him the day afterwards and tried to get him to honor his word, reminding him of his so-called trade-up policy, but he refused to budge.

Again, we are not strangers, but good, loyal customers who have personally given him tens of thousands of dollars in business, and referred him many thousands more. But after this reprehensible breach of promise we will not be doing business with him again. A good businessman *always* honors his word--ESPECIALLY to repeat, longtime customers!

Nothing worth seeing here....

...stopped in after dining at Mi Cocina on a whim to check them out. People there were nice enough (wow, a nice salesperson, what a rare find), but their merchandise was for the most part mediocre and prices weren't great either.

Mostly low end costume jewelry, a smattering of used Rolexes and some other no-name watches, some out-of-style consignment stuff, and some high-end noveau riche stuff that other stores such as deBoulle in North Dallas just put to shame. Fortunately there is a Bachendorf's moving in across the street, which sells *new* Rolexes and is much more upscale.
