Rude staff, poorly managed gym

Since the time I joined the gym 2 months ago and till date, incorrect information has been passed on to me about rules and regulations, which are not documented anywhere and were not discussed, shared or
signed by me at time of joining. Some examples are:

When my wife and I joined the gym with 90 day membership, we were told bumping up to individual membership will not attract the $75 (each) joining fee. We were charged anyways

We were told that our child could use family pool area free, but now we are told we need to pay extra

I was told I could use group exercise room whenever a class is not going on, whereas today a staff member asked me to vacate in a very rude manner saying this was not allowed

I goto the gym in the morning and its very irritating for me whenever the staff asks me to do or not to do a particular thing
I have written a mail to the management asking them to give me a list of rules, but nothing was given
