I have never been happier with my mechanic! I was in a car wreck at the beginning of the summer and went to Fred M Susan who I had not previously used but it was recommended by a friend. First, they took me to and from the T station when I dropped off and picked up my car which was not necessary because it was not a far walk. Second, when I went to pick up my car on a Friday and there were issues with my credit card, an employee came in on a Saturday, a day that the shop is not open, so that I could get my car and have it for the weekend. Lastly, the car is running better than ever and it was washed and cleaned inside and out when I went to pick it up. They are amazing here.Worldwide > United States > Somerville, MA > Body Shops
