Worst Management in the World
This company profits off of the back of poor people seeking affordable housing!!! I mailed in my application for one of their apartments and I was told that they received the application but did not receive the money orders. I submitted another money order out of my desperate need for an apartment, this time in person. I had the other money orders I submitted earlier traced only to have it come back that the money orders were cashed by the same company who said they did not receive them! I have been fighting with them for fours months now to get back my money and the only response I get is that they will look into it. You can only speak to the secretaries and have no access to any of the managers. I did get the apartment and after hand delivering my rent to the office I receive a letter a few days later that I was being charged a late fee for not submitting my rent. I am now in another battle about that in addition to the money orders!! Avoid them if not keep your receipts!!!!Worldwide > United States > Brooklyn, NY > Grocery
