Best thing I've ever done for myself!
Fitness Together is SO much better than the gyms I've been to. The facility is immaculate, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the routines are designed specifically for what I need/want to work on. They've not only helped me with my fitness, but my self esteem and nutrition as well. I'm in the best shape of my life. This is the best thing I've ever done for myself and I plan to stick with it weekly for life!

Fitness Together Builds Confidence!
Fitness Together has completely changed how I feel about exercise. I thought I would try using a personal trainer to motivate me to get into shape and lose weight. My exercise program was all cardio because I was intimidated by strength-training and didn't know how to use the equipment. A friend recommended that I try Fitness Together because of their private workout rooms. Having a personal trainer work out with me regularly has been great. I'm no longer freaked out by weights and equipment. I love doing strength training now because I see improvement quickly. The trainers make the work-out fun and I never get bored or in a rut because my work-out changes every time. All the trainers are extremely qualified and head and shoulders above those at most gyms or other fitness centers. While there is a noticeable difference in how I look, to me the biggest difference is in how I feel. I feel confident, healthy and fit. I'm so glad I made the decision to use Fitness Together.

I just wanted to give a public thanks to the staff at Fitness Together. I would never have been able to lose 28 pounds without Byron & Bret. I appreciate your patience, your encouragement, the push you give me when I want to stop at number 10 (which I would have done if you hadn't been standing there), and the constant reminders and suggestions of better eating habits. I'm almost 60 years old and this is the best I've felt since I was 30. You always make me feel as though you want me to succeed more than myself. It's a great feeling to know my trainers truly care about my success in my journey to lose weight and improve my health.
