Please do not use this company. They were referred to me by my home warranty company. They came out Friday and busted out the bottom part of my shower, laid down the "shower pan" which is a piece of heavy plastic, and put in a new pipe cover, which only has to be screwed in and charged me $950. They werent even here 2 hours. When I expressed my concerns about the price and the work (by the way, they do not put the shower back together so I dont have a clue as to whether or not the problem was fixed) I was told "I just work here." The guy could not even tell me whether or not the work was under warranty. I also discovered that the worker walked next door to my neighbors and took their trashcan to put all of the content from the shower in it. I then receive a call from the owner who was very rude and disrespectful. He told me that I better pay him his money and the check better clear or he was going to put a lien on my house then take me to court and take me for everything I have. He also told me I should have done the work myself. When I tried to talk to him he called me a liar and talked over me when I was trying to talk. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life by a contractor or a company and I must say I was very upset and emotional. This company does not represent their motto of being fair and they over charge people for poor work.
