Holes in my Eyebrows!
Benefit was a terrible eyebrow waxing experience. I came away with a hole in one eyebrow! Upon talking about my experience I was told that a friend had her eyebrows waxed by a Benefit employee still drunk from the previous night! If you value your eyebrows, go elsewhere.

love the products, this location not so great
I love Benefit and have tons of their products. This location however has yet to impress me. They always are so so busy and the staff is less than thrilled to help you. I never feel like I'm getting much customer service and always leave feeling frustrated and rushed.

Love the product, might as well order online
Benefit has great products, but over the years their customer service has drastically fallen off. Most of the girls seem busy chatting and barely acknowledge you. I've had both my brows and bikini waxed there once, but that will be the last time-I was assured on the phone that all of the girls were experienced and knowledgeable, but I'm pretty sure the girl who did mine was fresh out of beauty school, or high school....

Try going here on weekdays
Try going here on weekdays, otherwise, as my girls said, it's like going to clubs on a weekend -- purely for the working class. That's the only time they can possibly go out and let loose because they're working the next day afterwards. Whatever.
