Less like a home, more like a slum

We made reservations specifically for a large, two double bed NON SMOKING suite. When we arrived, we overheard the desk clerks tell another couple that they couldn't have a smoking room on the first floor, because all the smoking rooms...

Great Hotel BUT...

It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

A Nice Place, but....

Part of the Extended Stay family of Hotels.

For the most part a pleasant place to stay, but as noted it does have a problem with the consistency in the preparation and stocking of the rooms.

Had a pest problem which was not addressed...
