GOT MY EYEBROWS HACKED and got yelled at

I grew my eyebrows in for about a month, the day I needed my brows done I find out my eyebrow lady quit.
I got to Evergreen Day Spa thinking you get what you pay for and being that I have a facial done there regularly and I absolutley love it., I go there because I trust them.

My usual facial girl was not there so I tried another lady my husband uses and I got my lip and eyebrow done. I looked at my eyebrows and I wasnt crazy about them, it was dark in the room. I went home and instantly started to cry. I was hideous., she had removed the growths that I have been growing in for a month. One Eyebrow looked like an arrow, the other looked like an arch. I was so upset and just had to do something about it. I went back and very nicely said I look horrible, its so ugly. The lady (May) said that they were really okay. I told her that It is ugly and that I was so upset and theres nothing really she can do but I had to tell her. She insisted that they were fine and it got me very upset.

I told her that I came here b/c I trusted them and now I have ugly eyebrows and I have a wedding the next day which I was in. She just stood there and didnt say anything. She didnt even offer to attempt to fix it or apologize.

I am so upset. I am especially upset because I literally buy all of my products from here, I spend about 350 each time I visit and they couldnt accomodate me or just apologoize? Please think about going here.

Sanctuary in the City

Let me start out by saying that I'm turning 33 in August and ever since I was thirteen years old I've been plagued- PLAGUED- with bad skin. Blackheads, whiteheads, under the skin non-heads that hurt... you name it, I've had it. And I have tried everything. Topical creams, antibiotics, Retin-A, Pro-Activ.. YES even Acutane!! (Which truth be told worked for about a year, but then it all came back with a vengenace.)

So when a friend and client recommended EVERGREEN DAY SPA, specifically Toni their head facialist to me, needless to say I was dubious.

But- I've been going there regularly for four months now, and the results are shocking. I don't even recognize myself. Zits- gone. Fine lines around my eyes and forehead- minimized to practical invisibility (Toni was honest with me that the only thing that will iron them out 100% is surgery and/or botox.. I'm just not the type to go for either.) And my skin... there's no other way to put it, it GLOWS. I actually now receive compliments *regularly* on what beautiful skin I have. Before Evergreen, and Toni's collagen facials? Unthinkable.

I also highly recommend adorable, spunky, and expertly trained Lucy for massage and mani/pedis, and fabulous wax jobs... my eyebrows never looked better. :)

If you are looking for product, you can not beat thier line of Yonka cleansers, toners, and mosturizers.

I never, ever write reviews because honestly, most places don't impress me, and I was brought up under the adage of "if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all." Well, I have nothing but nice things to say about Toni and her staff at Evergreen. Shareef will like it... Evergreen rocks the cas-spa!

My favorite neighborhood spot

I went to Evergreen for a mani-pedi and an eyebrow wax because it is convientaly close to my apartment. The $25 mani-pedi deal was also a draw. Because it was so cheap I thought it would be a dump, I was so wrong. Clean, professional, tranquil and inviting are just a few of the adjectives that come to mind. The staff was warm and friendly, though the color selection isn't quite as extensive as I had hoped, they had all the "trendy" colors and my manicure seemed to stay much longer than average. This is now my "go to" spot.

great facial and knew what she was doing!

I have had many facials in my lifetime from many spas. What I really liked about this spa was that the woman KNEW skin! I felt relaxed and at the same time felt that I had really done right by my face. She told me what my skin needed, and proceeded to tailor the facial to my situation. I will definitely be back

Absolutely the best Spa in the city

I have had chronic, cystic acne since I was a teenager and NOTHING I have done over the years has helped.

I went to Evergreen after a friend recommended it and met with Toni, the proprietress, expert esthetician, and massage therapist. Not only was she incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome discussing an obviously embarrassing skin situation.

Toni worked her magic and I saw DRASTIC improvements after just the first treatment, the likes of which I hadn't seen doing month long treatments both at home and at other spas.

I have been so impressed with the service and the atmosphere of Evergreen that I have been back multiple times and will continue to be a frequent and loyal customer. (Although, with the way you are treated, you feel more like a family member than a customer.)

Of you have ANY problems with your skin, or would like an incredible full-body massage, facial, etc, you can do no better than Evergreen.

Don't let the size of the place fool you. We all know that good things come in small packages.

Anderson's greatest wonder

I travel to South Carolina at least once a year. For the past two years I have visited the evergreen day spa and my experience has been wonderful.

My sisters and I have established a tradition. The tradition is when I come to visit, we will visit the evergreen day spa.

The people are warm and caring and the service is excellent.

If you are in the vacinity of Anderson, SC, go and visit the Evergreen Day spa. It will be an experience you will not forget and will want to repeat asap.

best mini treat in the city

Every few months I treat myself to a mini facial here. Its a fantastic deal. The ladies here are very professional, and the environmental is tranquil. And sometimes I will add on a pedicure after my ultra-relaxing facial. They will make your feet beauitful right there while you're laying in their warm little bed units. A really great value! Many thanks to May and the ladies at Evergreen!
