Terrible food-Change in mgmt?

I haven't been there for several months and had an awful experience recently. The beef was very cheap, very chewy, and the service was very slow.

Best in Town

This is hands down my favorite Mexican food in Austin. And it's cheap!!! The location is amazing, and the outdoor patio is so much fun, esp at happy hour.
