The worst dentist I have ever experienced

In short: Doug Cloud is your worst choice in Albuquerque.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this man who dares to call himself a doctor. I scheduled an appointment to fill a cavity. First of all because he was running late I had to wait 20 minutes. Then an unpleasant assistant numbed the wrong side of my mouth and that's when the doctor appeared. Without introducing himself he opened my mouth to give me an anesthetic injection still on the wrong side of my mouth. I had to raise my hand to get his attention and explain that a) he was working with the wrong side of my face and b) I can't tolerate the standard adrenaline shot. Anyway, to make this story short, he worked on my tooth without explaining what he was doing and after he stuffed my mouth with gauze he stated that he was referring me to a periodontist for a gum removal surgery (??!?!?). He told me that he was going to put a crown on my tooth. Mind you, I looked at the x-rays and this cavity was not much different from other c
