Curves is a wonderful place for women of all ages to work out. It is a complete workout curcuit in only 30 minutes. The employees are super nice and always helpful and encouraging. It costs around the same as the typical gym, but you really do get a lot more personal service. This is another place where they truly know every one of their customers by name. It feels good to get that extra personal support and motivation.

I love curves
I love this curves. They are really friendly and I love that you can do your workout in just 30 mins. They help you to get in shape and I like the circuit training techniques. They also have a weight loss plan that you can join. They are fair priced and I love that the membership is month to month so you are not locking into anything if harder times occur.

Inspiring and Fun.
I have a lot of fun when I go to Curves. It feels like you're socializing with friends, and the exercise is just another perk. The equipment is a little sparse as compared to a larger gym, but still effective. Prices are about the same.Worldwide > United States > Carrollton, TX > Dentists
