This property has become a dangerous place to live. I have lived at the Camino De La Sierra for 5 years. The property is now managed by NorthStar properties in Tucson. They have lowered the level of service, and only appear interested in picking up the rent. The maintenance on the property has really dropped off, and now the property has trash around the common areas. We used to see the maintenance staff picking up loose paper, and dog/cat waste daily. They no longer to this and it is amazing how fast trash and dog/cat waste pile up. SAFETY ON PROPERTY, BEWARE This neighbor hood has become increasingly dangerous over the last year. We have had one tragic murder on the property, and one arrest of a person who was dealing drugs from their home at Camino De La Sierra. I understand that people looking to purchase drugs still appear at this residence at all hour of the night. The Property Managment company, NorthStar are not working to resolve this issue. Petty Theft from Cars, Motorcycles if becoming more frequent. Petty Theft between neighbors is starting to happen as well. If these incidents are reported to the leasing office, no real action is taken, and the victim is left with few options. I would have highly recommended this property 2 years ago, in fact several of our friends/neighbors, including us have made enhancements to our units, I.E. Patio stone work, Window tinting, kitchen pot racks, etc. But, now the property, Camino De La Sierra is no longer a safe place to live. It appears also that there is at least one property resident that will panhandle on the property, by going door to door asking for money.
